  • If you feel like it, you may find it rewarding to do meditation with headphones. You will feel the most immersive sound and you will be able to isolate yourself better from the outside.
  • Put yourself in a comfortable posture: lying down or sitting. It is necessary that you do not cross your legs and, if you are sitting, try to have your back upright, but without tension.

  • If during meditation you need to move, go ahead. If you are uncomfortable, please settle into a more comfortable posture with gentle movements.
  • Put some essential oil in the diffuser or some incense. To activate the internal heat, I recommend clove, ginger and cinnamon essential oil.
  • We should avoid eating raw and cold foods. Instead, we can take broths, soups, legumes, etc. The best choice will be hot and spoon dishes. Also, remember to incorporate roots and tubers (carrot, turnip, licorice, parsnip, etc.) into your favorite recipes. They will also help you take care of your kidneys.
  • Above all, drink a lot and do not be afraid to try new infusions and enjoy them. Taking root infusions will also benefit you.
